The Educational-clinical center

   The Educational-clinical center is organised on September, 3rd, 2007. The Educational-clinical center is structural division GMU of of the Families, carrying out work on working off and delivery of practical skills by students, interns on training breadboard models and virtual training apparatus according to requirements ГОСО 2006 РК. Educational-clinical center carries out the work under a direct management of the rector of academy, the pro-rector on educational-clinical and educational work.

 

   The primary goals of the Educational-clinical center are:
1. Planning, the organisation of educational process on working off and delivery of practical skills by method ОСКЭ;
2. The organisation and introduction of scientifically-methodical workings out, the innovative technologies directed on perfection of educational and methodical work;
3. Studying, generalisation and best practices introduction on increase of efficiency of educational process

4. Participation in modernisation of educational process according to modern requirements, realisations of strategy of development of educational activity of academy;
5. Participation in at introduction new information technologies, modern tutorials in educational process.
6. The Educational-clinical center will organise and performs works according to powers and the responsibility, defined

   The basic functions of employees of the centre are:
1. Training of students to main principles and possibilities of modern medicine;
2. Modelling of various clinical situations for the purpose of training of students;
3. Carrying out group тренинговых employment for working off of interaction during carrying out of various medical manipulations;
4. Development and maintenance at high level of skills of application of modern medical technologies Introduction of innovative educational technologies and
6. Entering of offers and recommendations about perfection of activity of the uchebno-clinical centre.

   The chief of the Educational-clinical center – Smailova Zhanargul Kaiyrgalievna in 1993 has finished medical faculty of Semipalatinsk state medical institute. Worked as the doctor the therapist in branch of first aid Zajsansky ЦРБ, managed a self-supporting polyclinic of the city of Zaisan, also was the head physician of a family medical ambulance station. Since 2003 worked on chair of biochemistry СГМА. In September, 2007 it has been appointed by the chief of the uchebno-clinical centre.

   In the Educational-clinical center following educational rooms function:
1. An educational room on surgery
2. An educational room on resuscitation
3. An educational room on obstetrics and gynecology
4. An educational room on therapy
5. An educational room on pediatrics
6. An educational room on эндовидеохирургии
7. An educational room for working off of skills of intravenous manipulations

 

   The equipment of each class consists of dummies, models, virtual training apparatus which correspond to the world standards. They are made of the advanced polymeric materials, filled by the most complicated electronics and allow to simulate any clinical situation. 
 

   To check up correctness of working off of this or that skill experts of the Center - the assistant to chair of obstetrics and Tanysheva G. A's gynecology, the assistant to chair of faculty surgery Kazhekenov K.T., и.о help. The senior lecturer of chair of internal illnesses стом., пед., fak, МПД and Mukanova D.A.'s internships, the assistant to chair of hospital pediatrics Nazyrov Sh.V., senior laboratorian Ameshova Г, the senior masters of centre Zhorgataeva ZH, Ospanova, Bazarbekova L. and the engineer - technician Losev S.J.

     

   The Educational-clinical center together with department of innovative technologies and chairs spends work on working out of a step-by-step technique of reception of practical skills for introduction and carrying out of the objective structured clinical examination (ОСКЭ) on clinical disciplines with use of dummies and virtual training apparatus.

    According to the program of 03-109 Ministries of Health RK «Creation of the uchebno-clinical centres at the state medical academies» and in connection with доукомплектацией the Educational-clinical center five educational laboratories: physiological, morphological, biochemical, hygienic, microbiological, and also being guided by requirements ГОСО РК № 5.03.0124-2006"Educational and scientific laboratories of high schools».

   Confirmed and installed by the Order of Ministry of Education and Science RK from the August, 25th, 2006 №461, entered 2007.09.01 and the decision of meeting of the working group created by order of rector СГМА №171 from 07.11.2008 scientifically-experimental and educational laboratories
   (Physiological, morphological, biochemical, microbiological, hygienic) have been united with renaming of scientifically-experimental laboratory into incorporated Educational-scientific laboratory (ОУНЛ) and are entered into the general structure of the Educational-clinical center.
